Women’s Empowerment
GBS believes that lasting social change begins with empowering women at the grassroots level. By organizing women into Self Help Groups (SHGs), GBS has created a strong community network that enables women — especially from backward castes and classes — to stand up for their rights, achieve financial independence, and lead healthier lives.
Over 6,600 SHGs have been formed across 78 villages, bringing together more than 7,000 women from marginalized communities in Rajasthan.
