MOBILE HEALTH SERVICES

A project was implemented in 2016-2021 (still continued) to provide the rural/tribal women of backward castes  with health care services in 60 villages in district Jaipur in the Rajasthan state of India with support from the Runnebaum Foundation, Germany. Following were the outcome of the project:

• Over 10,000 tribal women adopted health seeking behavior, who earlier hidden their health problems,
• Infection from STDs/RTIs reduced by 60% among the women of target area
• 3,500 women provided with treatment for general disease and gynecological problems free of cost
